Glenn Meadows Builders Win Big at the 2026 Parade of Homes

Congratulations are in order! Two of the builders in Glenn Meadows brought home top honors at the 2026 Triangle Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. Ken Harvey Homes and ICG Homes earned a combined eight awards, including four Gold medals and a perfect score from the judges.

Parade of Homes judges evaluate each entry on curb appeal, design, and craftsmanship, and the competition across the Triangle is strong. Earning a medal means a builder's work stood out among some of the finest new homes in the region.

Ken Harvey Homes had an outstanding Parade, placing in five categories. The Serenity earned Gold in Category 31 ($3,600,000 to $4,300,000), and The McKinley earned Gold in Category 17 ($876,000 to $950,000). The Rackley II took Silver in Category 19, The Graham took Silver in Category 24, and The Ashley earned Bronze in Category 20. From The McKinley to The Serenity, a luxury home featuring a saltwater pool and a wine tasting room, their wins span a wide range of price points and show the consistency of their work at every level.

ICG Homes earned two Gold medals and a Silver. Baron Heights took Gold in Category 25 ($1,700,000 to $1,900,000) with a perfect score, an honor earned by only five homes in this year's entire Parade. Chateau Perry earned Gold in Category 32 ($4,400,000 to $5,900,000), and Good Morning Ryleigh took Silver in Category 21 ($1,250,000 to $1,275,000).
